Trademark Construction has successfully completed the first stage of this exciting Kāinga Ora housing project in Lower Hutt, Wellington.
After 14 months of delivering quality work on time and within budget, the Trademark team was proud to be part of the dawn blessing ceremony and handover of 12 new, warm, dry, and healthy state homes.
Trademark's Wellington Operations Manager, Mario Venter, says "This project has not only given Trademark the opportunity to showcase its capability and unique approach to delivering projects but has also given the individuals in our amazing team the opportunity to discover their own talents, build their capabilities, and collectively grow into a well-respected team."
With amazing and sometimes unexpected support from the local community, as well as our subcontractors and suppliers, we look forward to completing the next stage of this project - adding a further 25 homes by the end of the year.
Background
The project involves the construction of the entire residential development, including associated infrastructure such as roads, stormwater, potable water, and wastewater networks. 37 residential units will be built, varying in size and layout. The new homes are modern, attractive, easy to maintain, and filled with light.
